Firstly, a very thought-provoking article. Compliments to Rajeev. But what I would like to highlight here is that though Kerala & other south indian natives have made long strides, in terms of financial status as well as technical know-how, a major part of India is still in the doldrums, causing to negate this whole effect of REVOLUTIONALIZING !!! Add to this the rampant corruption in each and every step you take, the ever-obliging laziness of people, the negative attitude of pulling down people, who climb the ladders of success and a lot more , and finally you arrive at same, old square one. What's required is a concerted effort from this so-called upper-middle class, in not only ensuring that they continue to make progress the same way, and also give back something in any form which will make a difference to people who are striving to make the transition from the lower class to the next level.
