It is disconcerting that even Pota and rapid systems of satisfactorily prosecuting the anti -national terrorists, like most cases fall by the wayside for sloppily conducted investigations riddled with legal loop-holes either due to the inherent lassitude or worse for insidious collusion with the anti -social harbourers of such larcenies! It is sham parody of Indian Criminal jurisprudence that we drearily run into such umpteen reruns over last decades of disrupting large -scale chaotic terror.D.Goel
