too harsh on advani
by vignesh on Jun 09, 2005 07:09 AM

well.. i felt the article was too harsh on advani...
after all, he was in pakistan on an invitation frm the host and it doesnt make sense to take a hard stand on such a visit which might be termed as personal also to an extent as he had been thre with his family n visited his childhood home n stuff...
abt calling jinnah a secular,am not too sure abt that part of history as it was long ago frm my time...
but as a youth of this generation, i feel that it is time to put these things behind us. for how long are v gonna keep calling pakistanis our adversaries jus because their forefathers had committed great massacres??this has to stop....
it isnt as if shud punish em always for their "original sin"!
n abt calling babri masjid his saddest day... i ask .. wots wrong??
doesnt a day which eventually led to the killings of thousands of hindus and muslims be bad enough for someone to call it his saddest day??
