should we blame ISI or RAW or ourselves...?

I want to repeat the same old thing - how many times we want to blame ISI. There are so many carbonic process type realization taking place among different leaders. Advani is just one of them. Over dose of flattery OR old age OR life experience OR something else led Advani to make such statements. Some one Pakistan side might have a feeling that Mussharaf is praising Indias a lot specially BJP - is it a plot from RAW? I get lost in collecting thoughts how to help in this situation. Irrespective of this being a plot of ISI or RAW, we should not diffuse the real subject matter of discussion. My QUESTION is - why we behave in such imatured way after so much of life experience - this is kind of breaking point for Advani. In general, every society has got different category of man/woman - they are smart/confident, average/okay and weak/unsure. Advani's reaction to this situation puts him in one of the above catogry. Different people will have different opinion - but this is Indian culture - we break very fast. This Indian culture is inherited from Hindu culture - who glorifies themselves as loosers (in their words sacrifice). This is really very unfortunate for India.
