Treat people as humans

Is it a business/trade to kill one, for one person.
Is this article means to say , since sabarmathi incident killed hundreds of innocent people(mostly hindus)...it is nothing wrong to kill muslims.....
Aren't these killed people innocent......
It is like that only...Do this article find sense in it.....
First thing all these non secular parties should learn was to treat people as humans not as hindus/muslims etc....
It is not correct to blame secular parties for this...We need to blame the parties based on religion,caste ....
These are the parties who are trying to capture the vote banks by creating such gruesome incidents.....
