Mumbai will bounce back
by Amit Apte on Jul 28, 2005 05:38 AM

First of all, credit for surviving such calamities goes to Mumbaikar's spirit. The great pain Mumbaikar takes in a day whether its these rainy days or normal day is really great. Great job and hope everything will be normal in some days.

I never understood Mr. Dhiraj Kumar's views..He himself suggest that there are consumers in Bihar and UP and Mumbai should never cry for their share though they are paying 40% of taxes...Is this not funny you yourself bring regions into picture and then go on saying that Mumbai should not be having regionalistic ideology.

Who are Mumbaikars they are not god that they will pay money and will not get anything in back. Kolkatta and Delhi subways are running on profits of Mumbai subruban railways and please go from Germany to Mumbai in rush hours and then see the pains taken by Mumbai people...then you will not dare to write you have written. I am giving just one example but there are many things which Mumbai need but never got and Mumbai's and Mumbaikar's attitude of "Chalta Hai" is creating problem. There is no point abusing goverment they are never for people. So with these recent incidents, Mumbaikar's please wake up. Fight for your rights.
