With all symapathy to the family of peaoples who died in this accident. I would like to bring to the notice of people that the manner in which petroleum minister has reacted was a surprise , with out knowing the fact he has declared that there is a large number of casualaty in the accident.
By The statement given by minister in the press conferance it looks he wanted to be the first to inform people without waiting for the detail , or was aware as what is going to happen.
