There are'nt enough words to commend the efforts...nay... the spirit of the mumbaikars....mind you all classes..strata alike. Even after the depressing sight of my car totally submerged in water.....the walk back home raised my spirits to an all time high....
BUT .... its a pity that only times like these bring out any signs of humanity or character in this city!
