Though I am no longer with ONGC, hearing this piece of news was a shock. It's a tragic day for ONGC as well as India. My heartfelt condolences to the relatives of the people who lost their lives in this incident. In retrospect, ONGC should have a detailed enquiry on how this happened and try to address the issues so that such incidents are not repeated elsewhere in the company.
