rains in mumbai
by Arun on Jul 27, 2005 09:58 PM

it is horrifying to see the disaster management plan of mumbai! what exactly is the government of mumbai doing? yes, this is a calamity. but that is what disaster management means! having plan A and plan B etc. But I'm sure when the water recedes and things get back to normal, mumbaikars will forget everything and thank gods grace that they are alive. but what about those who are not? this is god's way to nudge people out of thier reverie! it's time the powere hungry, money grabbing politicians of mumbai pulled thier act together and for once the whole circus....opposition and ruling party should unite in thier efforts. but dont we all know what is being planned by both sides?!! and for god sakes! clean the mess you're creating on the roads! you dig up roads faster than all the rats in mumbai and just leave it as is for 6 months-1 year. is it a surprise then you have water logging and poor drainage? shame on you politicians of maharashtra!
