Dear Deepa, The crash of communication was real shocking. But thankfully in my case it was the ORANGE network which helped....It was fully functional (both incoming and outgoing )all through the disaster.My experience with MTNL (which even we till now felt was the most reliable) was not very encouraging and its network crashed right through Wednesday.
