The author has not considered one factor in his article.There is hydrogen as a new energy source which is being projected to be available commercially within next 10 years. Billions of dollars are being invested by USA, Germany, China and Japan for developing a hydrogen economy within 10 years. Hydrogen is being described as the energy source in the next decade. Search the net for hydrogen and all information can be obtained in this regard. The problems expected with oil supply is the main motivation for the interest in hydrogen technology. I hope the author will take note and pursue with the political leadership the need for more indian effort to gain this technology
