The General himself is the biggest problem.

For the global terrorism.

To save his skin and to save himself from losing power, the general is towing the lines of ISI and Osama in both of which he has his firm, sincere and solemn loyalty.

The rest is lip service.

And the ISI and the terrorists are just smiling.
