I'm sure we all feel warm & fuzzy about the "Hurry-Yat" guys condescending to meeting the refugee Pandit representatives they threw out of their homes a decade ago.
"These "darpok" hindus, give them some "meetha" words, & they'll give us good media mileage" must be the thought.
The Panun Kashmir group are smart enough to know better & stay back.
