The threat to global security arises from the individuals belonging to a few radicalist countries such as Pakistan. I believe this country in particular has been the breeding ground for all the Islamist inequities we have seen lately. It is well known that the Taleban took birth in the madrassas in Pakistan. They have continually injected Islamist militants into the Indian side of Kashmir. The CIA is also to blame for its nurturing of the Islamist militancy in the 70s and 80s to achieve their own goals against the Soviets. It would be reasonable to guess that Laden is being protected in Pakistan. If there is one good thing that has come out of the London blasts, it is that Pakistan is now being noticed by more nations as being an incubator of terrorists.
