Well, The govt does not owe any explanation to chameleon Atal. Did he bother to give any explanation when the parliament was attacked..or for that matter when the carnage in Gujarat happened..now that he has lost the drivrs seat..and is virtually invisible in the media..suddenly shudders himself up...and seeks explanation...it seems as if he was sleeping for a while and saw this crazy dream and now seeks explanation for the same...the coincidence being that the dream this time came true..
