It is a constant repeat confirmation that Pakistan has not at all disbanded terrorist camps and these are as active as ever before.

The avowed policy of Pakistan is that terrorism agaist India is a weapon that must continue along with talks to pressurise India into submission.

Pakistan feels that terrorism against India is working in their favour.
