Damn good idea. I wish it could have been provisioned for in the Constitution itself. As that was the time when forefathers could not have imagined/anticipated the crucification/deterioration of honesty and public service intent by legislators/Parliamentarions. Let the Governement led by the scholar Prime Minister ably assisted by well intentioned Bureucrats and administrators take the bold step by supporting the issue of rejecting altogether unwanted elements from Politics.
