The certificate looks pretty bogus. US certificates normally do not have "Father Name".. This is a India concept. Looks like it has been done by someone using Microsoft Word and photocopier.. Also "You are the Member of NASA" is hilarious!! With so many restrictions with respect to Citizenship, security clearance- it hard to imagine, NASA will give its stamp to someone so easily. Good work by con artists..
