well,ur comparisons of keralites at helm are true and they being burueacrats/cops of indias first democratic state might tempt u to have such great ideas but never underestimate present india to india of 60's.chinese cant enter india,thats why they have recognised sikkim as part of india man,for myanmar generals know they cant play china on india and thats why they recently cracked down on northeast rebels operating from there ala bhutan.myanmar generals might be close to china for they are shut out from the other powers but howlong?democracy still lingers in myanmarese hearts and they want to be close to asean than china and with whose members china has dispute over spartly islands.the dacade gone by has shown to the world that u cant occupy a country as ur previous property ala kuwait by iraq,kargil by pakistan and even US are being taught the same in iraq.the only place left to occupy is antarctica where everyone including us are venturing there.
