Governer is the extension of the President of India, as the Executive of our nation. The Governer is supposed to be the most responsible person in the entire state. Activities of the speaker are deplorable in this context, but the action taken by the Governer is unacceptable. I hope the President's esteemed offices are doing something about this. The Governer should be recalled immidiately so as to discourage anyone using the Governor/Preident 's office in such a manner. I have no words left to express my frustration with this style of executive functioning. Rgds
