Dear Sir , There has been a selected group of people who have benefitted most from reservations since independence as there is no provision for creamy layer amongst SC/ST.This defeats the purpose of reservation by keeping it limited to the rich/well educated amongst the SC/ST.Time has come that these select people should apply for jobs etc. along with the non reserved category and let the true dalits benefit from reservation;this can be achieved by applying creamy layer in these categories too. These are the very people who shout about reservation everywhere instead of letting the needy benefit from reservation.
