The UPA is doing averything in its power to break the private educational institutions. And with the students performing better in the private, easy loans available to them, their first choice are the private. So now the the so called experts want to spread their tentecles there wher over a period of time the actual people running these will loose their motivation and edge in passing out oustanding students. Who looses in the end, India. But then who cares as far as they get their share, either the present govt in power or the next.
