First inida need to improve research facilities.. in univ and inst.. yea, i agree.. but where is the money for good univ. or inst. most of the best univ and inst in US are private.. and india. there are not many private univ. or insit. and bring money ..US how much a student may to study..and how much in india.. even chian education is expensive..
