The views expressed in this article have great merits and the education providers and the learners will have to see what quality of education is given to the users. Policy makers in India may have to rethink whether it is in the interest to keep majority of good institutes under their control or let these be privatized fo good. States can keep tag on some Schools in the province but let one best school to become genuine best!
