The Governement is very generous with public money in announcing relif to the dead.What precautions were taken as one had taken place earlier. showering rs 1 lakh of public money to the families of the dead will not bring them back.This shows the plight the under prevliged are, that they are so desperate for the relif material that they do not mind killing each other or people who are not affected are trying to take advantage of the situation to get free material. This distribution should be well organised and should be to ration card holders.you say corruption is there too but at lease some controll would be in place and you dont have to die to get relif material.
