A country of tragedies.

Dear Sir,
This unfortunate and distressing incident again goes to prove the we are a clumsy country,who repeatedly fail to do the basics right.
One some how feels that with every passing day, mishaps and tragedies are increasingly becoming a very casual affair with us Indians. No more are we shocked to hear about deaths and destructions.
Our incapability to get our act together will surely lead to many more tragedies where human life will be lost because of no specific reason.
Is it then wrong to say "If in India get killed for nothing".
