It is really surprising that the panel judges of Apex court glance through the report submitted by SC registrar and concluded that Zahira was inconsistence in her statements and gave clean chit to Social worker Tista Setalvad. Hiowever they did not passed any order. It Just like the report submitted by Mr. Justice J.S.Varma who headed post Godghra riot commission and within three days of their visits to sites and witnesses formulated report. Really Apex court judges should not have opine too early without going into entire report and hearing both the counsels for opponent and respondent. This creates doubt about the trustworthyness of our these two judges under Chief Justice Mr. R.C. Lahoti. It seems they are predetermined for verdict.
