Secular word
by Yashpal on Aug 27, 2005 02:21 PM

Word secular in the present senerio of the countary, itself dosenot have anymeaning left.if I just ask you to look arround the city you are leaving, then tell which out of the top 25 to 50 towns in the counary where the people with minority weather muslim or sikh or christanity are not leaving or are we having quarl with each other on each other relions, I dont think that middle class people or people in the education category have any such grut. No doubt as far as constitution is concerened, it was the demads of time to see india as one nation. Otherwise the dominance of the princely state might had taken it back and away from the modern world. And I think the some form of backwardness we have in terms of Internation status might have not been here if we had foloowed the seclarism to its true extent. Yashpal Gogia
