i think we can use all that money we are giving the afhans at home... i hear that we cannot vaccinate the encephalitis victims due to lack of funds ... lachk of funds huh?.. let the afghans and pakis battle it out .. see what happened after we liberated bangla desh...lets first put our own house in order .. the rest can wait...
