I am surprised at this impractical prescription coming from a senior Police Officer . It appears that Mr Singh has been sadly ignorant of human nature so far , an astonishing situation given the fact that good police officers are expert practitioners of psychology . There is no attempt to even understand the roots of violence or the gigantic political and religious forces which mould behaviour of human masses and compel conflict . Extremely disappointing.
