this is very shamefull for the residents of the village,and for india as such. it is a pity that after morethan half a century of independance incidences like this happen.the government should do everything to eliminate such incidents and the culprits should be punished siverly,so that again these things never happen.if not done now,india will still have a long way for any accountable development.
