The facts stated in the article under review "Jallianwallah Bagh" etc., is undeniable truth and no amount of romanticising Sikhs contribution to the India's freedom struggle can wash the cardinal mistake they committed as a community in raising the bogey of "Khalistan". This does not mean one can condone the "Gallughara" of Sikhs by the Congress in 1984. But it will be pertinent to analyse the situation objectively wherby it will reveal that they alone is responsible for the losing of immense prestige they had as a community upholding Justice and dignity to Indians when they are challenged prior to this bogey of Khalistan being raised. Surprisingly even neutral sikhs did not raise any voice against the same. Now it is a fashion to sympathise with Sikh Victims of riots of 1984, but please also reflect "Harakiri" committed by them.
