My Letter to CJI
by kulmohan on Aug 23, 2005 04:14 PM

Honourable CJI,

Is the Supreme Court in India, a bunch of jokers who cant prioritise their rulings. In the last 20 years they have never flayed the central govt over its inaction on the genocide involving 4000 killings of innocent indians during the 1984 riots but they will flay the govt for a tiny reservation issue. No wonder then that tommorrow they arrest me for the contempt of court but Tytler, Sajjan kumar, Modi and Bhagat continue to rome freely and wait for another oppurtunity to kill the Minorities

We all know that for a fact, It has taken 20 long years for india to reach where it currently is in the matter of 1984 riots with the previous governments successively turning a blind eye to the killings of 1984. In no civilized country of the world, would a genocide involving nearly four thousand killings be buried under a carpet like it has been done here in india thus far.
If you call your self the CJI, then let it be known that it is your duty to do justice.

regards
Kulmohan
