Rather than criticising the author for the issues we do not agree upon, it will be far better to look at the main issue being raised. The fact that 1984 pogrom was a state supported heinous crime can not be disputed. And despoite thousands of innocents being murdered, not one person has been punished for the same!
If we forget 1984, soon we will start saying let us forget 1992, Bombay Blasts, Gujrat, and the list goes on. Cant we see that these were acts of crime committed by a handful of people against the nation. People who have no respect for the land nor its laws, and hence they and their future followers need to be taught a lesson. A lesson strong enough to reestablish the fact that this nation is truly ruled by its people and the political leaders are mere representatives who are not above the law!
