again, BMC will do the fire-fighting. they will never understand that the prevention is better then cure. after deluge, many buildings are on the verge of collapse and needs to be evacuated like Israel evacuated from Gaza. yes, forcefully if residents do not vacate the buildings. can MH govt. do this?
