I salute Mr Satish Chandra for his being candid, frank & forthright in expressing his views. The American Establishment / Government wants to cap India's nuclear programme and the recently concluded treaty between India and the US should be modified and if need be, abrogated.Nothing should be done that will jeopardise India's National Security which should be the concern, not only of our Government but all patriotic Indians. The bottom line: Like you can not trust General Pervez Musharraf, the Butcher of Freedom & Democracy in Pakistan; so also, you can not trust the American Establishment / Government, which is like a rogue elephant in 'Mast'. colonelrajan@rediffmail.com
