What if the nuclear deal falters, after we sign the IAEA safeguard agreement?We would be binding us permanantly to place our reactors under international safeguards plus whatever other conditions(not revealed to the nation by our govt)that the PM had agreed to.Is this tough bargaining or blatant sell out?
