I agree compltely with the letter and spirit of Sai's disguised outburst against the hypocricy that dictaes our daily lives. More than anything else, we Indians have forgotten that morality, integrity, tolerance and honesty are the only virtues that can lead us anywhere into the future. Rather than pointing an accusing finger at the unscrupulous politicians, lets start looking inwards. Its we who have made Mulayams and Laloos and Mamatas and Modis what they are today. They are only mirror reflections of what we'd be if we were elected in their place. Newspapers each day our full of XYZ party activists burning theatres and tearing down film posters, vandalising gift and card shops on Valentine's Day, blacking out English sign boards et al. Somewhere along the line, we have forgotten that there are only three problems that India suffers from: Population, Poverty, and Illiteracy. The day we are able to find valid, sustainable answers to these problems, all our worries will vapor away. We as individuals must focus our energies on ridding ourselves of these problems, and let Aamir Khan decide where to shoot "Mangal Pandey". If we have a problem with that, simple: Don't watch the movie.
