The problem with us folks in Mumbai is we just keep opining and do nothing. Its about time people got together appointed a legal advisor and took the admin to task. Stop paying taxes, Stop offering bribes, The honest taxpayer suffers the most. Let us come together and fight for our rights. Anybody cares??
