Nanavati Report-Kamal Nath;s involvement in 1984 riots
by s.Ramaswamy on Aug 10, 2005 11:38 AM

From what appears the finding of the learned Judge ia justified. It is possible that Kamal nath did go there to enquire of what was happening and found that he could not cintrol the mob and left
Well as Kamal nath might have been innocent of the crime he is being accused of ,the role played by other 'leaders' of the party that was so vociferous when Narendra Modi was in the hot seat can not be described as social service. If Justice Nanavati has to be taken seriously in the case of Kamal Nath,so should he be taken seriously un respect of his finding regarding the role of Tytler.Let the Congress not take some eye wash of an action against Tytler and try to wriggle out
