i really dont kn how do u define central railways functioning... evry whr ther is a announcement saying tht trains are running after 20 mins... but unfortunately i was standing on the mulund station n no train for 1 hr around 8 am today morning.. thanks to some rail roko in thane..(again i got the news after i returned home frustated and not on the railway station.) u cud see some trains moving down tht is to thane but packed enough to have another mishap on tracks.. if this is ur rail sewa why dont u declare it is as good as non-functinal...
