Mumbaikars are equally to blame, but not those who are law abiding citizens, pay heavy taxes to all govermental departments, largely follow discipline & cleanliness, are educated, take care of their wards and MAKE THE CITY STILL WORTH LIVING ! Ofcourse you can blame the following Mumbaikars : Those who have migrated to Mumbai for their bread & butter but not forgotten their untidy practices Those who do not have place to stay and create slums Those who are official BMC/ Govt. staff/ officers not doing their duties properly Those who believe DIRTINESS IS THEIR BIRTHRIGHT Those who bag, steal, loot and make you sick
Yes, these are the people who live in Mumbai but do not follow the spirit of the city. Blame them apart from the RAINS !
