I agree that everybody is responsible for making mumbais condition so worse but I would like to add few facts about mumbaikars.
Mubaikars are the Big Hearted people as compare to any other city in India. Here you will get all types of people with heavy density.
Mumbaikars are more loyal about paying there taxes If we will talk it in terms of number then weare paying 58,000 Cr. Rs per year . Which is higher than addition of Calcutta , Delhi and Chennai is paying. Against that what we are getting only 100Cr. Per year and after 15,000Cr loss government is giving 500 Cr more. Whereas Delhi gets 6000 Cr. Rs. Suppose all Mumbaikars decided not to pay 1-year tax and donate it to develop Mumbai then I think we will not need to ask money from central government for years. And if it will be used in the right direction then I think Mumbai will definetly foot over the Shnegai (about what CM was dreaming).
And about fighting spirit of Mumbai I dont think anybody is having that much of spirit. And if you have seen on the road on Tuesday/Wednesday not a single person was crying whereas everybody was helping to others to reach there home safely. I think in last week if u will chec
