Mumbaikers are not to be blamed.
There is a manager to every thing - an engine of a train - a leader of a group.
CM should get up and take these things serious, the best way to get rid out of this situation is to remove slums and get everybody into apartments.
Secondly, weather dept. should update there systems.
There should be an over drive train which should be available at every 5 mins at each station, where public is not disrupted.
Security to un necessary ministers and there travelling cost should be cut to even the expenses with these types of disasters.
If we cannot ignore it and have to live with it. then atleast we should know the damage - by the weather men and transport - to let all people in.
I think this plan will be done somewhere in 2020s.
But mumbaikers are strong men. Nothing could stop us.
