We have all felt the pains of watching crores of rupees go down the drains literally this year. Yet except for the celebrities and the people who are eulogised often in the media, no one else has a voice that can be heard - not just heard but joined forces with. I hear people on the radio - feeling elated that they were heard on the radio voicing their opinions - after that they are back to their normal routine of cursing the administration. People appear on TV, make some noise and then the noise dies out as people's minds get diverted to other 'urgent' matters on hand after the rains pass. -BMC has pulled wool over the eyes of everyone by digging up roads, cutting down trees and by keeping these dug up areas unrepaired to show that they are working on urgent problems. -has BMC been asked to follow any SLA, to meet demands on time and if failed to meet them on time, be penalised? -By cutting down trees and by pouring concrete on those patches where trees existed, the uneducated, absolutely incoherent crowd at BMC and it's equally unscrupulous contractors have closed all channels for the water to seep into the ground. so floods are natural. has any ever questioned these ways of BMC
