It was a really heart touching tragedy. I feel the pain that middle class people must be feeling for this tragedy. We should blame the city planners and municipality for poor city structuring. This is what happens when government servants dont do their jobs! I hope everyone understands that they have encouraged corruption and lethargy in govt offices.
