It is the people who are to be blamed, well the amount and the speed of buildings which are coming in the Mumbai area was responsible for the flood. I way for water to reach the destinations is blocked by these buildings. I say there is no proper planning done in the city by the CIDCO. The government is also equally to blame since they are hand in gloves with the builders. Its time People in the City wake up and start taking the responsibility instead ob blaming on the usless government and the other so called political leaders.
