it's not the government alone who's to be blamed for massive floodings across the city... we as citizens are much more responsible for the havoc. every summer government spends millions of rupees on cleaning the storm water drains and we keep littering on roads to choke the cleaned drains again. if we could just start using the dustbins more frequently and stop littering the roads we will definitely have better monsoons in future and not the terrible floodings and road blocks like this year
