The tragedy in Mumbai is mostly manmade. Politicians
promoting slums with promises to keep them as vote
banks and bureucrats ignoring corruption under their own nose, has accumulated the situation to this extent. Transperancy and accountability is totally absent in local bodies. Money can cover up anything.
- keep the city away as capital and from power brokers
flooding the city every day to add to pollution and congestion. Let a new capital come in between Mumbai
